Patient Information
Gynecology Specialists is an all-female practice serving women
throughout Hampton Roads since 2004. Our three GYN doctors
and Nurse Practitioner provide comprehensive gynecology services
through unique individualized care.
The following information is provided so that we may provide you
with the best and most timely health care possible.

Before calling in your prescription
refill, please have ready the medication name, dosage, pharmacy
name and number. |

You should allow 24 - 48 hours
for prescription processing. |

your health care and/or insurance information with a family
member or anyone else you will need to provide written consent.

However, we recommend that you
confirm with your specific plan that we are a participating

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard
and Discover. |

We are currently not
participating providers for the following insurance plans:
Healthkeepers HMO, Aetna HMO, NC Medicaid and Tricare. |
